Shipping/Receiving Associate

We’re looking for a dependable and organized individual to support our warehouse operations. This role involves shipping, receiving, inventory support, and assisting with internal product handling.We are adding to our Warehouse team! Do you love packing things? Do you love making sure everything finds its final home? We arelooking for an individual who shares our passion for European automobiles and has a matching level of attention to detail.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Pick/Pack/Ship orders with on-hand Boxes and shipping materials, using shipping software to determine the best carrier options.
- Learn the correct bin locations for all current products and learn/understand in-house and 3rd party part numbers.
- Receive orders from suppliers/3rd party vendors and route them to the correct order bin/shelf location.
- Organize the shipping station. Keep boxes and packing materials in stock and up to date.
- Help manage inventory, suggest build requests, and assist assembly technicians through build queue software.
- Maintain consistent workflow and assist with shipping throughput.
- Adjust and suggest items for manufacturing queue based on demand or inventory levels.
Sales/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a team member to help support our growing customer base. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a basic knowledge of German automotive platforms, and a customer-first mindset.We are looking to add to our sales and customer service team; withour increased sales volume we need to add to the wonderful teamthat helps sell and manage all our retail customer orders. You must possess strong communication skills and have atleast a base level knowledge of German automobile parts andservice (VW, Audi, BMW Porsche, Mini).
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer customer emails/phone calls and assist in-store customers.
- Act as a first point of contact for Black Forest Industries product knowledge on social media platforms.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Help customers find information for our products and guide them to correct fitment for their vehicle.
- Escalate questions and concerns via help tickets to the proper department.
- Maintain an organized work area and showroom space.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot common customer issues with a product or service.
